Concerto HealthAI Enters Precision Oncology Collaboration with Pfizer

Integration of Concerto HealthAI’s Real-World Data and Advanced AI Capabilities Will Accelerate Patient Insights and Outcomes Studies

Boston, MA – April 09, 2019– Concerto HealthAI announced today that they have entered into a collaboration with Pfizer to advance work in Precision Oncology using Concerto HealthAI’s eurekaHealthTM platform, artificial intelligence (AI) models and Real World Clinical Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and healthcare claims. Data from clinical practices participating in the American Society of Clinical Oncology’s CancerLinQ® initiative and others throughout the U.S. will be utilized for the collaboration and is one of the most comprehensive Real World Data (RWD) sets available. The collaboration’s goal is to quicken the pace for actionable patient insights for Pfizer‘s investigational therapies and commercialized therapeutics used in the treatment of solid tumors and hematologic malignancies.

The collaboration will conduct novel synthetic control arm and prospective RWD outcomes study designs for therapeutics that are both pre- and post-approval. This builds on work in study designs based on RWD that CancerLinQ, Concerto HealthAI, and others have undertaken in collaboration with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

A Concerto HealthAI-Pfizer joint steering committee will oversee the collaboration. The first outcomes research and publications are expected in early 2020.
